At Iconic Chocolates, we carefully package each order to preserve freshness and quality.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times will appear during checkout.

Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warm seasons, we use additional insulation or ice-packs when necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Wrong Address

If the shipping address is incorrect, Iconic Chocolates is not responsible for delays or lost orders. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please get in touch with the team or the courier directly.

We will assist where possible, but Iconic Chocolates is not responsible for orders marked as delivered.
